Does it means 35 CBT meetings are not sufficient to take a decision to help the eps pensioners in the country?

Does it means the Central board of Trustees are to safeguard the interest of the EPS members and Industrial workers. ?

How many decades required to take a small decision?

Does it means the government is in bankruptcy.?

Does it means the government can not adjust 1% of the budget from 99% of the budget.?
