హయ్యర్ ఆప్షన్ ఉన్న ఉద్యోగుల విషయంలో అన్యాయం

01-12-2004కి ముందు హయ్యర్ ఆప్షన్ ఇచ్చిన, మరియు ప్రతి నెలా హయ్యర్ కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ కట్టిన ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులను, ఇప్పుడు పీఫ్ అధికారులు “అంగీకారం లేదంటూ” ప్రశ్నించడం వింత.

అంగీకారం లేకుండా ఎలా డబ్బులు వసూలు చేశారు?

ఈ ఉద్యోగులు హయ్యర్ కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ చెల్లిస్తున్నారు. అలాంటి వారికి 1.16% అదనపు చెల్లింపు కోసం ఇప్పుడు అంగీకారం అడగడం ఎంత వరకు న్యాయం?

అంగీకారం ఇవ్వకపోతే డబ్బులు తిరిగి వేస్తామంటే?

ఆరు నెలల్లో అంగీకారం ఇవ్వకపోతే, ఉద్యోగుల కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్లను తిరిగి వారివే పీఫ్ అకౌంట్స్‌కి జమ చేస్తామంటూ హెచ్చరికలు – ఇదెక్కడి న్యాయం?

సుప్రీంకోర్టుకి మాత్రం సమాచారం ఇవ్వడం ఎలా?

31-03-2017 నాటికి 92.55 లక్షల ఉద్యోగులకు అర్హత వుందని అఫిడవిట్‌లో చెప్పగలిగారు. అయితే, ఆ ఉద్యోగుల అంగీకారం లేదన్న ఈ లాజిక్‌కి ఎలా న్యాయం చెబుతారు?

బ్రహ్మ దేవుడైన యాక్ట్యువరీకి మాత్రం లెక్కలున్నాయి!

31-03-2015 నాటికి, 01-12-2004 కి ముందు ఆప్షన్ ఇచ్చినవారు 5,00,206 మంది ఉన్నారని పీఫ్ కార్యాలయాలే తెలియజేశాయి. ఇప్పుడు మాత్రం సమాచారమే లేదంటారా?

పీఫ్ జవాబుదారితనాన్ని మరిచింది

బర్కతపుర పీఫ్ కార్యాలయం – దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 116 పీఫ్ కార్యాలయాల్లో ఒకటి. కానీ ఈ కార్యాలయం జవాబుదారి తనం లేకుండా బాధ్యతల నుండి తప్పించుకుంటోంది.

ఉద్యోగుల పరిస్థితి అగమ్యగోచరంగా మారింది

తక్కువ పీఫ్ సెటిల్‌మెంట్‌తో బాధపడుతున్న హయ్యర్ కాంట్రిబ్యూటర్స్, ఇప్పుడు కోర్టుల చుట్టూ తిరుగుతున్నారు. తమ హక్కుల కోసం ఖర్చు పెట్టాల్సిన పరిస్థితి.

ప్రభుత్వానికి ఆర్ధిక భారం లేదు – సమస్య మాత్రం కొనసాగుతోంది

ఈ సమస్యకు పరిష్కారానికి కేంద్రానికి పెద్దగా ఆర్ధిక భారం ఉండదు. అయినా ఎందుకు పరిష్కారం కావడం లేదు?

ఎపిఎస్ 95 అసోసియేషన్లు ఎందుకు నిష్క్రియంగా?

మినిమం పెన్షన్ కోసం గడువు పెట్టి పోరాటం చేస్తామని చెప్పిన అసోసియేషన్లు, ఈ చిన్ననాటి ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యను ఎందుకు పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు?

Injustice to Higher Option Employees

Employees who opted for a higher pension before 01-12-2004 and contributed accordingly every month are now being questioned by PF officials – demanding “proof of consent.” Strange, isn’t it?

How were contributions accepted without consent?

If the PF authorities claim there was no formal option, how did they continue accepting higher contributions from salaries month after month?

Post-2014 Amendments Being Misused

As per the 01-09-2014 amendments, asking these employees to now give fresh consent and pay 1.16% extra – despite already contributing more – is unfair.

Threatening to refund contributions – Why?

The threat that if they don’t give consent within 6 months, the higher contributions will be refunded and settled as per standard norms – is completely unjustified.

But PF submitted affidavits in Supreme Court!

On 31-03-2017, EPFO declared in the Supreme Court that over 92.55 lakh employees were eligible from unexempted establishments. How was that figure given without data?

EPFO’s own actuary had the data!

Even the EPFO actuary, described as the “Brahma” of pensions, stated that 5,00,206 employees gave higher option before 01-12-2004. Where did that data go now?

Barkatpura PF Office: A Black Hole of Responsibility

Barkatpura is one of 116 PF offices across India. But its lack of accountability has led to immense suffering for RTC employees who opted and paid for higher pension.

Employees Now Forced to Approach High Courts

Due to non-cooperation from PF offices, retired RTC staff are forced to spend personal money to file cases – just to claim what is rightfully theirs.

No Financial Burden on Government – Then Why Delay?

The government wouldn’t even bear major financial stress if this issue is resolved. So what is the reason behind this delay?

Why Are EPS 95 Associations Silent on This?

While they demand minimum pension increases with deadlines and threats, why are the same associations ignoring this vital issue affecting thousands?
