Ref: 1) 2015 యొక్క SLP Nos 33032-33033 లో 04.10.2016 నాటి గౌరవనీయమైన సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వు 2) EPFO నోటిఫికేషన్ సంఖ్య పెన్షన్ -1 31.05.2017 నాటి / 12/33 / ఇపిఎస్ సవరణ / 96 / VoLII / 4432, ఉద్యోగుల పెన్షన్ స్కీమ్ (ఇపిఎస్), 1995 కింద ప్రయోజనాలను పొందుతున్న పెన్షనర్ల ప్రతినిధి బృందం ఇటీవల నన్ను కలుసుకుని, నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను ఉపసంహరించుకోవాలని లేదా స్పష్టం చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని అభ్యర్థిస్తూ ఒక పిటిషన్‌ను సమర్పించింది.
రిఫరెన్స్ 1 లో పేర్కొన్న EPFO నోటిఫికేషన్ 31.05.2017 నాటి EPFO నోటిఫికేషన్ సూచన 1 లో పేర్కొన్న గౌరవనీయమైన సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులను ఉల్లంఘిస్తోందని నా దృష్టికి తీసుకురాబడింది. నోటిఫికేషన్ మినహాయింపు మధ్య వర్గీకరణను చేస్తుందని నాకు సమాచారం ఇవ్వబడింది మరియు మినహాయింపు లేని సంస్థల ఉద్యోగులు, తద్వారా ఎస్సీ తీర్పు నుండి పొందిన ఉపశమనాన్ని ఒక వర్గానికి మాత్రమే తగ్గించవచ్చు. మినహాయింపు మరియు మినహాయింపు లేని సంస్థల ఉద్యోగులు ఇద్దరూ వారి పిఎఫ్ ఖాతాలకు అందుకున్న వాస్తవ జీతానికి సంబంధించి వారి సహకారం ఆధారంగా మెరుగైన పెన్షన్ ప్రయోజనానికి అర్హులు అని నాకు సమాచారం అందింది.
రిఫరెన్స్ 1 లో పేర్కొన్న ఎస్సీ ఆర్డర్ ద్వారా పెన్షనర్లు వారికి వర్తించే విధంగా మెరుగైన ప్రయోజనాలను పొందడంలో సహాయపడటానికి రిఫరెన్స్ 2 లో పేర్కొన్న విధంగా ఇపిఎఫ్ఓ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను సరిదిద్దడం అవసరమని నాకు చెప్పబడింది. పింఛనుదారుల నుండి అందుకున్న ప్రాతినిధ్యంతో నేను ఇక్కడ ఫార్వార్డ్ చేస్తున్నాను.
ఇపిఎస్ 95 నిబంధనల పరిధిలో ఉన్న సుమారు 65 లక్షల మంది సీనియర్ సిటిజన్ల తరపున వారు, పెన్షన్ మొత్తాన్ని ఆనాటి జీవన ప్రమాణాలకు అనుగుణంగా సవరించాలని అభ్యర్థించారు. దయచేసి ఈ విషయాన్ని వ్యక్తిగతంగా పరిశీలించి, అవసరమైన వాటిని చేయండి.

A delegation of pensioners receiving benefits under Pension-1 dated 31.05.2017 / 12/33 / EPS Amendment / 96 / VoLII / 4432,
It has been brought to my attention that the EPFO Notification dated 31.05.2017 in violation of the Hon’ble Supreme Court directives mentioned in Reference 1. I was informed that the notification makes a classification between exempt and employees of non-exempt companies, so that the relief obtained from the SC ruling may be reduced to only one category.
I have been informed that both exempt and non-exempt company employees are entitled to an enhanced pension benefit based on their contribution to the actual salary received to their PF accounts. I was told that the EPFO notification, as specified in Reference
I am forwarding here with the representation received from the pensioners. On behalf of some 65 million senior citizens under the EPS 95 regulations, they have requested that the pension amount be revised to meet the standard of living.
Kindly examine this matter individually and do what is necessary.
