1&2. As regards demands raised by EPS95 National Agitation Committee, I would like to recall that my Ministry has taken up the issue of enhancement of minimum pension under EPS, 1995 with Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance since 2018. Further, on 09.09.2020, a proposal has been sent to Ministry of Finance by Secretary, Labour and Employment. Further, Ministry of Finance has again been reminded on 19.10.2020.
3.As regards Dearness Allowance, I wish to inform that a high-Empowered Monitoring Committee for complete evaluation and review of the EPS, 1995 was constituted by my Ministry in 2018, had considered the issues of dearness allowance under EPS, 1995 and recommended inter-alia that linking the pension admissible under EPS 95 with cost of living index is not feasible.
4. As regards medical benefit to EPS, 1995 pensioners, I would like to inform that there is no such provision in the EPS, 1995. However, a pilot scheme to extend medical benefits to EPS, 1995, pensioners drawing minimum pension of Rs. 1000 per month and residing in Delhi is under examination in this Ministry.
5. The issue of revision of pension on actual/higher salary is currently sub-judice before Hon’ble Supreme Court. Further action on this issue shall be taken after decision of Hon’ble Court.

4. 1995 పింఛనుదారులకు ఇపిఎస్‌కు వైద్య ప్రయోజనం గురించి, ఇపిఎస్, 1995 లో అలాంటి నిబంధనలు లేవని నేను తెలియజేయాలనుకుంటున్నాను. అయినప్పటికీ, ఇపిఎస్, 1995 కు వైద్య ప్రయోజనాలను విస్తరించే పైలట్ పథకం, పింఛనుదారులు కనీస పెన్షన్ రూ. ఈ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలో నెలకు 1000 మరియు Delhi లో నివసిస్తున్నారు.
5.వాస్తవ / అధిక జీతంపై పెన్షన్ పునర్విమర్శ సమస్య ప్రస్తుతం గౌరవనీయమైన సుప్రీంకోర్టు ముందు ఉప న్యాయమూర్తి. గౌరవ న్యాయస్థానం నిర్ణయం తర్వాత ఈ సమస్యపై తదుపరి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.
