AP Police SI Recruitment 2022 Exam Pattern

The candidates who applied for AP Police SI Recruitment 2022 have to appear for AP Police SI Preliminary Test which consists of two papers with 100 questions each. The duration of each paper AP Police SI Exam will be 3 hours. The preliminary test is qualifying in nature and marks scored will not be counted in final merit list. The qualifying marks are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SC/ST/ESM in both papers. The medium of language is English, Urdu, and Telugu.

AP Police Pattern for Final Written Exam

The Final Written exam consists of 4 papers out of which papers 1 and 2 are qualifying in nature. To qualify for this exam, the candidates need to secure 40% marks for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SC/ST/ESM in each paper. Paper 1 and 2 are subjective and papers 3 and 4 are objective papers.

AP Police Recruitment 2022 Salary

While the average salary of an Andhra Pradesh Police Constable is Rs. 21,700 and Rs. 35,400 for Sub-Inspector as per the 7th Pay Commission, the gross salary ranges from Rs. 30,000-40,000 for constables and Rs. 49,000-64,000 for sub-inspector.
