సమస్యను అర్థం చేసుకుని ప్రస్తుతం Eps 95 pensioners ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ఆర్ధిక సమస్యలను దృష్టి లో పెట్టుకుని
మినిమమ్ పెన్షన్ రూ. 7500 నుంచి రూ. 10000 రూపాయల వరకు పెంచాలి అని ప్రతి రాష్ట్రంలో ఆందోళనలు
జరుగుతున్నాయి.
ఎన్ని ఆందోళనలు జరుగుతున్నా, CPFO గారికి మరియు సంబంధిత మంత్రికి మరియు ఆర్ధిక మంత్రికి ప్రధాన మంత్రికి ఎన్నిసార్లు వ్యక్తిగతంగా, ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా ఎన్నిసార్లు విన్నవించుకున్న ఫలితం లేదు.

పెరుగుతున్న జీవన వ్యయానికి అనుగుణంగా మన పెన్షన్ ధరల సూచికకు అనుసంధానం కావాలి.ఇది ఆర్హిక శాస్త్ర ప్రకారం న్యాయసమ్మతం.
తక్కువ పెన్షన్ తో బ్రతకలేని వృద్ధులు, కుటుంబంలో ఒకరిపై ఆధారపడవలసివస్తుంది.
రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన జీవించే హక్కును పరిరక్షించాలని కోరుతున్నాము.
చివరిగా డ్రా చేసిన 12 నెలల వేతనాలపై ప్రాథమిక పెన్షన్‌ను నిర్ణయించాలని మేము న్యాయసమ్మతంగా అడుగుతున్నాము.
ఓల్డ్ ఏజ్ EPS పెన్షనర్ల సహనాన్ని పరీక్షించవద్దు.

ఇంతకు ముందు ఇచ్చిన గౌరవనీయమైన సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు, ఆర్‌సి గుప్తా కేసు ప్రకారం, వేతనాలపై అధిక పెన్షన్ ఎంపికలో కటాఫ్ తేదీ లేదు.

The Eps 95 pensioners are requesting the EPFO Central Provident Fund Commissioner and the Government to focus on the financial problems currently facing by th Eps 95 pensioners. There are agitaions in many states for hiking of the minimum pension ranging from the Rs. 7500 to RS. 10000.
There is no result as to how many times the representations given to the Finance minister and the Prime Minister.
The EPFO and the Government not taking care of the judgements given in the Highcourts of some states and this has become a curse to the Eps 95 pensioners.
At present, most pensioners getting Minimum pension from the range of Rs. 600 to Rs. up to Rs 3000. This pension is not enough for their livelihood. So the minimum pension should be increased immediately keeping in view those who take the lower and lowest pension.
According to a report by a government appointed “Koshiyaree committee”, we are seeking a minimum pension with DA.
We need to link our pension to price index as per the cost of living. This is a legitimate according to economics.
It is learnt that the penision must be reviewed for every 10 years basing on the pirce raise as per the Emplyees pension scheme 1995. What is your answer to this gejuine question?.
The elderly, who cannot live on a low pension, have to depend on someone in the family. This is worst condition of the Eps 95 pensioner during these days.

In the Supreme Court judgment given in the RC Gupta case, there was no cut-off date in the higher pension option on wages.
In humanly, against to the welfae of of workmen and emploees, the EPFO has introduced the cut-off date for higher option and devided the Eps 95 pensioners attracting the trolls, which will not end till is is solved.
