But today, even after more than one year, EPS 95 pensioners have not received pension in the hands of the Supreme Court. Supreme court is extending date on date

According to the order of the Supreme Court, how big the pension of EPS 95 pensioners?
On 1 April 2019, the Supreme Court took a major decision in the interest of the eps 95 pension (employee pension scheme) holders. In which there has been talk of increase in the monthly pension of workers. According to the Supreme Court, now the eps 95 pension holders will get pension according to their interim month salary. Where earlier employees used to get pension on average salary of last 60 months.

DEMANDS OF EPS 95 PENSIONERS
The interim letter issued by EPFO should be canceled on 31/05/2017 and according to the Honorable Supreme Court, pension should be given on actual salary and dearness.
Basic and dearness allowance of at least Rs. 7500 / -.
All eps 95 pension employees and Free medical facility should be provided to his family.
Retired employees who are not subscribed to this scheme should be made members of the scheme or given a minimum pension of Rs. 5000 / -.
