ome friends are seems to be discouraged by seeing the news that the EPFO can not afford to pay higher pension to the EPS pensioners.
We should not be surprised to see such messages. In every High court the reply of the EPFO was the same. Inspite of such irrelevant replies all the High courts have given judgements in favour of EPS pensioners. And in eleven appeals also the EPFO faced same defeat in supreme court earlier.

Please don’t loose your heart. Be confident. The law of the land is once again in the hands of Supreme court. Supreme court never done injustice to the poor old aged EPS pensioners. If any injustice is done to the poor Old aged EPS pensioners in the coming judgement there will be no value to the courts.
There may be a delay but justice can not be denied.
We are fighting for our legal rights but not fighting for Bonus .

हमें ऐसे संदेशों को देखकर आश्चर्य नहीं होना चाहिए। हर हाईकोर्ट में ईपीएफओ का जवाब एक जैसा था। ऐसे अप्रासंगिक उत्तरों के बावजूद सभी उच्च न्यायालयों ने ईपीएस पेंशनरों के पक्ष में निर्णय दिए हैं। और ग्यारह अपील में भी EPFO को सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में पहले ही हार का सामना करना पड़ा था।
कृपया अपना दिल ढीला न करें। आत्मविश्वास रखो। जमीन का कानून एक बार फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के हाथ में है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कभी भी गरीब वृद्ध ईपीएस पेंशनरों के साथ अन्याय नहीं किया। यदि कमिंग फैसले में गरीब वृद्ध ईपीएस पेंशनरों के साथ कोई अन्याय किया जाता है तो अदालतों का कोई मूल्य नहीं होगा।
इसमें देरी हो सकती है लेकिन न्याय से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
हम अपने कानूनी अधिकारों के लिए लड़ रहे हैं लेकिन बोनस के लिए नहीं लड़ रहे हैं।
“पेंशन एक सही नहीं है लेकिन एक बाउंटी”
यह सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का फैसला है।

ఇలాంటి సందేశాలను చూసి మనం ఆశ్చర్యపోనవసరం లేదు. ప్రతి హైకోర్టులో ఇపిఎఫ్ఓ ప్రత్యుత్తరం ఒకటే. ఇటువంటి అసంబద్ధమైన సమాధానాలను పరిశీలిస్తే, అన్ని హైకోర్టులు ఇపిఎస్ పెన్షనర్లకు అనుకూలంగా తీర్పులు ఇచ్చాయి. పదకొండు అప్పీళ్లలో కూడా ఇపిఎఫ్ఓ అంతకుముందు సుప్రీంకోర్టులో అదే ఓటమిని ఎదుర్కొంది.
దయచేసి మీ హృదయాన్ని వదులుకోవద్దు. నమ్మకంగా ఉండు. భూమి యొక్క చట్టం మరోసారి సుప్రీంకోర్టు చేతిలో ఉంది. పేద వృద్ధాప్య ఇపిఎస్ పెన్షనర్లకు సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఎప్పుడూ అన్యాయం చేయలేదు. రాబోయే తీర్పులో పేద వృద్ధాప్య ఇపిఎస్ పెన్షనర్లకు ఏదైనా అన్యాయం జరిగితే కోర్టులకు విలువ ఉండదు.
ఆలస్యం ఉండవచ్చు కానీ న్యాయం తిరస్కరించబడదు.
మేము మా చట్టపరమైన హక్కుల కోసం పోరాడుతున్నాం కాని బోనస్ కోసం పోరాటం చేయలేదు.
“పెన్షన్ ఈజ్ ఎ రైట్ బట్ నాట్ ఎ బౌంటీ”
