It is said to have stated that the following rules are strictly implemented

మోటార్ వాహనాల నిబంధనల ఉల్లంఘన పై జరిమానాలు పెంచుతూ ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు

భారీగా వాహన జరిమానాలు పెంచుతూ ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు 

బైక్ నుండి 7 సిటర్ కార్ల వరకు ఒక విధమైన జరిమానా 

ఇతర వాహనాలకు మరింత అధిక జరిమానా 

*జరిమానాలు…….*

వాహన చెకింగ్ విధులకు ఆటంకం కలిగిస్తే – రూ. 750 

సమాచారం ఇవ్వడానికి నిరాకరించినా – రూ. 750 

అనుమతి లేని వ్యక్తులకి వాహనం ఇస్తే – రూ. 5000

అర్హత కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు వారికి వాహనం ఇస్తే – రూ. 5000

డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ పొందే అర్హత లేని వారికి వాహనం ఇస్తే – రూ. 10000

రూల్స్ కి వ్యతిరేకంగా వాహనాల్లో మార్పులు చేస్తే – రూ. 5000

వేగంగా బండి నడిపితే – రూ. 1000

*సెల్ ఫోన్ డ్రైవింగ్, ప్రమాదకర డ్రైవింగ్ – రూ. 10000*

*రేసింగ్ మొదటిసారి రూ. 5000, రెండో సారి రూ. 10000*

*రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ లేకున్నా, ఫిట్నెస్ సర్టిఫికేట్ లేకున్నా – మొదటిసారి రూ. 2000, రెండో సారి రూ. 5000*

*పర్మిట్ లేని వాహనాలు వాడితే – రూ. 10000*

*ఓవర్ లోడ్ – రూ.20000 ఆపై టన్నులు రూ. 2000 అదనం*

*వాహనం బరువు చెకింగ్  కోసం ఆపక పోయినా – రూ. 40000*

*ఎమర్జెన్సీ వాహనాలకు దారి ఇవ్వకుంటే – రూ. 10000*

*అనవసరంగా హారన్ మోగించినా – మొదటిసారి రూ. 1000, రెండోసారి రూ. 2000 జరిమానా*

రూల్స్ కి వ్యతిరేకంగా మార్పు చేర్పులు చేస్తే తయారీ సంస్థలకు లేదా డీలర్లకు, అమ్మినినవారికి – రూ. లక్ష

 Government orders raising fines for violation of motor vehicle regulations

Government orders heavily increasing vehicle fines

 A sort of fine from bikes to 7 seater cars

Even higher fines for other vehicles

 * Penalties ……. *

In case of obstruction of vehicle checking duties – Rs.  750

 Refusal to provide information – Rs.  750

If the vehicle is given to an unauthorized person – Rs.  5000

 If the vehicle is given to a person below the age of eligibility – Rs.  5000

If the vehicle is given to a person who is not eligible for a driving license – Rs.  10000

If changes are made in vehicles against the Rules – Rs.  5000

 If the cart is driven fast – Rs.  1000

* Cell phone driving, dangerous driving – Rs.  10000 *

* Racing first time Rs.  5000, for the second time Rs.  10000 *

* Without registration, without fitness certificate – for the first time Rs.  2000, for the second time Rs.  5000 *

 * If unlicensed vehicles are used – Rs.  10000 *

* Overload – Rs. 20,000 and then Rs.  2000 addition *

 * If the vehicle is not stopped for weight checking – Rs.  40000 *

* If emergency vehicles are not allowed – Rs.  10000 *

* If the horn rings unnecessarily – for the first time Rs.  1000, for the second time Rs.  2000 fine *

Making changes and additions against the Rules will result in a fine of Rs.  Lakh
