This Article is proposed to the elders who are about 60 and more than
60 years.
At this age, it is very difficult to do any hard exercise. Hence,
easier heart exercise is designed for elder people both in text and
video format.
They can even do this exercise at their home or even in sitting on
chair or cot also depending on their physical capability.
The person who is doing this exercise in this video is a retired
APSRTC Officer and he is aged around 70 years.
