I am an EPS 95 pensioner in your parliamentary constituency and denied justice in pension payment.
Our Eps 95 Pensioners have been on a series of fasts in Buldana (Maharashtra) for 891 days, being a part of this, I am fasting for a day with my family from my own house today, whose photo I am sending to you. Please give us justice.

As our Member of Parliament, you will definitely pay attention to this matter, so I have full faith and hope.
Our justifiable demands are as follows:
- Minimum monthly pension of Rs. 7500 and dearness allowance should be given thereon.
- Interim Advisory and abyen’s letter dated May 31, 2017, of Employees Provident Fund Organization should be withdrawn on 20.03.2021, and EPS 95 pensioners should be reimbursed. The option of higher pension should be given as per the Supreme Court order and EPFO circular dated 23.03.2017.
- All EPS 95 pensioners and their spouses should be provided free medical facilities.
- EPS 95 retired employees who are not members of the EPS 95 scheme should be allowed ex-post membership by recovering contributions with interest and allowing them a reasonable amount of dues otherwise they will get a pension amount of Rs. 5000 / – per month may be fixed.
