Respected sir ,
In the context of the hearing of all EPS cases from 23rd march 2021 contineously without adjournments for justice , I would submit before your kind self the voice of majority of EPS 95 pensioners to be brought to the kind knowledge of hon’ble judges taking up the EPS 95 pension cases in the light of the long drawn EPS pension problem unsolved for 25 years .
An Email to tht Hon’ble Chief Justice on Minimum pension
The minimum wages bill is found to be necessary on priority but the minimum pension bill that meets the present cost of livilihood for EPS pensioners is not felt to be of vital importance till now given the delay of two and a half decades being dragged , the pensioners say with unrest .
The major tragic issue before the majority of EPS 1995 pensioners is that they are provided a very meagre and meagre quantum of pension in the range of less than Rs 1000 and about not exceeding much above Rs 2500 as per the fixation done , being done with the pensionable service of EPS 199
Request fot the Hon’ble Chief Justice for Hihger Pension
on ceiling wages without dearance allowance , ignoring the service of family pension scheme 1971 and disregarding last drawn actual wages and the eligibility of higher pension on actual wages confined only to the pensioners of unexempted establishments among other issues .
While respecting the hon’ble supreme court for drawing it’s conclusive justice to be delivered on justification of the documentary evidences in support of the contentions and pleas that get placed by the respective petitioners and defendents in respect of the cases mentioned above and other issues , the most burning problem of the majority of the EPS 1995 pensioners UNBENEFITED or NEGLIGIBLY BENEFITED of higher pension on actual wages being continued within the above said range of pension is that THEY ARE SEEKING SOCIO- ECONOMIC SECURITY BY THE HIKE OF MINIMUM PENSION with DEARANCE ALLOWANCE on the basis of present valuation of recommendation of KOSHIYAR COMMITTEE ( parliamentary committee report 147 ) . The present average minimum cost of living across the nation is Rs 10000.
The minimum pension is provided to the govt pensioners for a prescribed service satisfying their needs of comfort livilihood .

The employees pension scheme 1995 to be not linked to the cost index of living FAILS THE VERY OBJECTIVE OF THE PENSION , denying the constitutional right to life the citizens are entitled to .
That the contention / stand taken by the hon’ble union ministry of labour and employment and employees provident fund organisation all through the years to link the EPS pension to the living cost index affects the health of the pension fund negates the intended purpose of the pension scheme under which the pensioners are put into untold sufferings in maintenance of livilihood .
It is these senior citizen EPS 95 pensioners who have toiled with devotion during their prime time of life in manufacture of household utensils/home consumption items that are essentially required for basic livilihood , Textile industries whereby women in majority do service at the cost of family happiness of spouse & children , the service of the workers in manufacture of cement , steel , mine industries , hazardous chemicals /drugs etc is done at the cost of life risk day and night on shift basis that all has helped growth /development of the nation what it looks today .
These EPS 95 pensioners have their life to be lived in normal condition and not just to be survived with DEPENDANCY at mercy but protected of
socio-economic security with human dignity that has to be ensured by the hon’ble govt of the day through the hike of minimum Pension as being sought .
Our’s is the democratic country and it is not justifiable that many poor EPS 95 pensioners do menial jobs after service in advanced age being in the situation of meagre pension provided quite insufficient for maintainence of basic livilihood in nuclier family system prevailing now , alienating in complete contrast from the system of pension enjoyed by other class of service pensioners
The EPS pensioners pray in all humbleness to the hon’ble supreme court for fair justice that wipes out their tears of poverty providing the minimum economic security with human dignity through a LIVEABLE. PENSION with medical facilities on logic with humanity in order to ease their life free of unbearable financial constraints .

23 వ మార్చి 2021 నుండి అన్ని ఇపిఎస్ కేసులను న్యాయం కోసం వాయిదా వేయకుండా వివాదాస్పదంగా విన్న సందర్భంలో, గౌరవనీయ న్యాయమూర్తుల యొక్క దయగల జ్ఞానానికి తీసుకురావడానికి మెజారిటీ ఇపిఎస్ 95 పెన్షనర్ల గొంతును మీ రకమైన ముందు నేను సమర్పించాను. ఇపిఎస్ 95 పెన్షన్ కేసులు 25 సంవత్సరాలుగా పరిష్కరించబడని దీర్ఘకాలిక ఇపిఎస్ పెన్షన్ సమస్య.
కనీస వేతనాల బిల్లు ప్రాధాన్యతపై అవసరమని తేలింది, కాని ఇపిఎస్ పెన్షనర్లకు ప్రస్తుత జీవనాధార వ్యయాన్ని తీర్చగల కనీస పెన్షన్ బిల్లుకు రెండున్నర దశాబ్దాల ఆలస్యం లాగడం వల్ల ఇప్పటివరకు ప్రాముఖ్యత లేదని భావించలేదు, పెన్షనర్లు అశాంతితో ఉన్నారని చెప్పండి.
