When the D.D.s were presented through the respective Secretaries, P.F. Trust, APSRTC/TSRTC, they were rejected and insisted that the D.D.s should be submitted along with Wage Particulars and Form -D. This is an unjust demand from the P.F. Commissioner.
As the money was obtained with difficulty to pay that too basing on the Demand Notice “issued by P.F. Commissioner, Barkatpura, Hyderabad”, it should be accepted first and then any further requirement should be insisted. Even the insistence of the Wage Particulars should be with some justification.
In other P.F. Commissionerates, throughout the country, after payment of the difference through D.A. Pension is revised and implemented along with arrears. This is a peculiar demand confined to P.F. Commissioner, Barkatpura, Hyderabad.
There is a last date for validity of D.D.. and the amount paid is also valid till the end of the month as mentioned in the Demand Notice. Hence P.F. Commissioner, Barkatpura should first accept the D.D. at any cost.
