Respected sirs / madam ji
In the context of the situtation of critical life of the pensioners caused by the employees pension scheme 1995 with it’s range of meagre pension at basic level and minimum that has been continued unmindful of it’s consequences, we, the pensioners accounted about 30 lakhs majority of them are very poor supportless and shelterless , out of around 70 lakhs of EPS 95 pensioners provided of minimum pension less than Rs 1000 have been crying before the honble govt and concerned authorities to sense and feel as to how our survival , not living the normal life , has become critical, pathetic indignified before the society where we are breathing in just human existence after a dedicated service of about 30 to 40 years rendered in about 186 types of industries that has contributed for growth of the nation over the years what India looks today .
Should our life continue till it’s end struggling with mental stress of unliveable minimum pension depending on others that amounts to death begging the honble govt and seeking intervention of the honble judiciary for indefinite time and looking many of our EPS pensioners die for want of basic needs of livihood and life saving medicines , may kindly be taken to humanitarian heart , not confining to the existing perview of the scheme that never ensures the welbeing of retirees , for urgent steps solving the minimum pension at present cost of life as being demanded and higher pension on actual wages as per the verdict of R C Gupta case upheld by the honble Supreme Court on 4th
November 2022 in order that we are not made to suffer further more under the principles of democratic governance and the constitutional rights to life of moderate economic position protected of socio economic security and human dignity .
Contineous protests of EPS 95 pensioners with countless submission of memorandums across the country have taken place and still continued against the injustice being perpetuated besides the questions being placed by the honble MPs in Parliament for the issues of pension of EPS 1995 for action of the honble govt .
No seriousness on our pension problem for it’s solution with justifiable action on logic , scientific constitutional and above all humanitarian grounds is felt by the concerned authorities despite a long period that has brought gloom on the faces of the EPS 95 pensioners suffering their life in an unspeakable situation in present nuclear family system of the time .
Let the poor pensioners undergoing very hardened life please see the end of this MAN-MADE FATE .
We kindly appeal the honble govt to rescue us from critical life in old age and provide a life of peace in our evening age .
Once again we hope that the honble govt would make no delay now and redress our grievances once for all and earn the good will of all EPS 95 pensioners settled all over the country .

ఉద్యోగుల పెన్షన్ స్కీమ్ 1995 వల్ల పెన్షనర్ల క్లిష్టమైన జీవిత పరిస్థితిలో, ప్రాథమిక స్థాయిలో మరియు కనిష్ట స్థాయిలో ఉన్న కొద్దిపాటి పెన్షన్‌తో దాని పర్యవసానాలను పట్టించుకోకుండా కొనసాగించిన సందర్భంలో, మేము, పెన్షనర్లు దాదాపు 30 లక్షల మెజారిటీని కలిగి ఉన్నాము. వీరిలో నిరుపేదలు, నిరాశ్రయులు, దాదాపు 70 లక్షల మంది ఇపిఎస్‌లో 95 మంది కనీస పెన్షన్ రూ. 1000లోపు అందజేస్తున్న 95 మంది పింఛనుదారులు గౌరవనీయులైన ప్రభుత్వం మరియు సంబంధిత అధికారుల ముందు మన మనుగడ ఎలా ఉందో అర్థం చేసుకోలేక ఏడుస్తున్నారు. సుమారు 30 నుండి 40 సంవత్సరాల పాటు దేశాభివృద్ధికి దోహదపడిన సుమారు 186 రకాల పరిశ్రమలలో అంకితభావంతో సేవలందించిన తర్వాత కేవలం మానవ మనుగడలోనే మనం ఊపిరి పీల్చుకుంటున్న సమాజం ముందు సాధారణ జీవితం విమర్శనాత్మకంగా, దయనీయంగా మారింది. భారతదేశం నేడు ఎలా చూస్తోంది.

మా పింఛను సమస్య పరిష్కారం కోసం తార్కిక, శాస్త్రీయమైన రాజ్యాంగబద్ధమైన మరియు అన్నింటికి మించి మానవతా ప్రాతిపదికన సమర్ధనీయమైన చర్యలతో పరిష్కారం కోసం సంబంధిత అధికారులు చాలా కాలంగా ఈపీఎస్ 95 మంది పింఛనుదారుల ముఖాల్లో విషాదాన్ని నింపుతున్నారు. ప్రస్తుత అణు కుటుంబ వ్యవస్థలో చెప్పలేని పరిస్థితి.
చాలా కష్టతరమైన జీవితాన్ని గడుపుతున్న పేద పెన్షనర్లు దయచేసి ఈ మానవ నిర్మిత విధికి ముగింపు పలకండి.
వృద్ధాప్యంలోని క్లిష్టమైన జీవితం నుండి మమ్మల్ని రక్షించి, మా సాయంత్రం యుగంలో ప్రశాంతమైన జీవితాన్ని అందించాలని గౌరవప్రదమైన ప్రభుత్వానికి మేము దయతో విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాము.
గౌరవప్రదమైన ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పుడు ఎటువంటి జాప్యం చేయదని మరియు మా మనోవేదనలను ఒక్కసారి పరిష్కరిస్తారని మరియు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా స్థిరపడిన EPS 95 పింఛనుదారులందరి మన్ననలను పొందాలని మరోసారి మేము ఆశిస్తున్నాము.
