KERALA HIGH COURT: 25.02.2020 తేదీన కేరళ హై కోర్టు Eps 95 Pension సభ్యుల గురించి ఒక మంచి తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది.భారత దేశంలో కేరళ లో EPS 95 PENSION సభ్యుల యొక్క active participation ఉన్నది. కేరళ హై కోర్టు స్పందన బాగున్నది. థాంక్స్ టు కేరళ.
ఇటువంటి కేసులుఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో మృగ్యము. ఏవైనా పిటిషన్లు కోర్టులో ఫైలింగ్ అయి ఉంటే Social media లో పోస్ట్ చేయ మనవి.
అదే విధంగా ఇటీవల శ్రీ ప్రవీణ్ కోహ్లీ గారు వెబ్సైట్ చూడటం ద్వారా క్రింది కేస్ ను identify చేశాడు. EPS 95 PENSIONERS కు సంబంధించి మంచి కేస్ గా అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు. కేరళ హై కోర్టు సింగల్ బెంచ్ తీర్పు. RC Gupta Case (decided by SC on 4.10.2016) and Sasikumar P. case (decided by KHC on 12.10.2018) ఈ కేసు ల లో తీర్పులను విశ్వసిస్తూ కేరళ హై కోర్టు ఇచ్చినది.
RC Gupta Case లో Eps 95 pensioner హయ్యర్ పెన్షన్ గురించి favourable గా తీర్పు చెప్పడం గమనార్హం. దీనిని Google Search వెబ్సైట్ లో చూసుకోగలరు. ఈ కేసు ఆధారంగా Employment Provident Fund Organiszation [EPFO] వారు submit చేసిన అన్ని కేసు లను కొట్టివేయడం జరిగినది.
ఇటువంటి ముఖ్యమైన కేసు తీర్పులను EPS 95 PENSION సభ్యుల దృష్టి కి సత్వరముగా తీసుకురావలెనని ఇక్కడ కోరడము జరుగుతున్నది.
ముగింపు:
EPS 95 PENSION సభ్యులకు సాధ్యమైనంత ఎక్కువ గా share చేయవలెనని మనవి.

Dear friends,
Today, while searching judgments on the web, I came across a very good judgment delivered by a Single Bench of Kerala High Court on 25.2.2020 while allowing 37 different Writ Petitions in a common order after relying on the judgments in RC Gupta Case (decided by SC on 4.10.2016) and Sasikumar P. case (decided by KHC on 12.10.2018) wherein the Hon’ble Court rejected all the present day stands/submissions of EPFO like Pending Review Petition in SC, Pending SLP in SC, Option under Para 11(3) during service etc.
The Hon’ble Court has very clearly decided the issues regarding Pre-1.9.2014 as well as Post 1.9.2014 retirees. The aforesaid judgment dt. 25.2.2020 is being shared.
The only sad part is that even after pronouncement of judgments, our pensioner friends prefer NOT TO SHARE SUCH ORDERS/ JUDGMENTS with others.
