ఆరు రోజుల నిరంతర విచారణ తర్వాత, ముగ్గురు న్యాయమూర్తుల బెంచ్ ఈ తీర్పును ఎప్పుడు ప్రకటిస్తారని పింఛనుదారుల సంఖ్య ఇప్పుడు అడుగుతున్నారు.
కొన్ని అంచనాలు మాత్రమే చేయవచ్చు.
ముందుగా గౌరవనీయమైన జస్టిస్ UU లలిత్ 27 ఆగస్టు 2022న భారత ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి బాధ్యతలను తిరిగి ప్రారంభించబోతున్నారు, కాబట్టి అతను అంగీకరించడానికి నిరాకరించినప్పుడు వారు తీర్పును వెలువరించవలసి ఉంటుందని అతను చెప్పినందున 27 ఆగస్టు 2022లోపు తీర్పును వెలువరించవచ్చు. పెన్షనర్స్ లాయర్ల కౌంటర్ అఫిడవిట్.
ముగ్గురు న్యాయమూర్తుల ధర్మాసనం తీర్పు వెలువరించేందుకు ఇంకా రెండు వారాల సమయం ఉంది. రెండవది, ఈ తీర్పు దాదాపు 67 మంది ప్రతివాదులను కలిగి ఉన్నందున ఇది సాధారణ తీర్పు కాదు.
లెక్కలేనన్ని పత్రాలతో కూడిన పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో అఫిడవిట్‌లు మరియు కౌంటర్ అఫిడవిట్‌లు ఈ కేసులో భాగంగా ఉన్నాయి.

తీర్పు ప్రకటనకు ఖచ్చితంగా 88 రోజుల సమయం పడుతుందని దీని అర్థం కాదు.
గౌరవనీయమైన కేరళ హైకోర్టు తన తీర్పును వెలువరించినప్పుడు, విచారణ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత తీర్పు చెప్పడానికి దాదాపు ఆరు నెలల సమయం పట్టిందనేది ఇక్కడ ప్రస్తావించాల్సిన విషయం.
దిగువ సంతకం చేసిన మరో అంశం ఏమిటంటే, పెన్షనర్లు ఎలాంటి తీర్పునైనా ఆశించేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి.
ఆరు రోజుల పాటు గౌరవనీయులైన సుప్రీంకోర్టు కార్యకలాపాలను నిశితంగా వీక్షించిన తర్వాత, కేసుకు సంబంధించిన చట్టపరమైన అంశాన్ని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకునేటప్పుడు ఇరుపక్షాలు ఈ న్యాయ పోరాటం చాలా సమర్థవంతంగా చేశాయి.

Now there are reasons for us to be positive & optimistic about the forthcoming SC order
