EPS 95 జాతీయ ఆందోళన కమిటీ (NAC) సెంట్రల్ వర్కింగ్ కమిటీ 7వ సమావేశం విజయవంతంగా ముగిసింది. :-
పెరుగుతున్న మరణాల రేటు, రోజురోజుకు ప్రపంచాన్ని విడిచిపెడుతున్న పెన్షనర్ల దయనీయమైన మరియు మరణిస్తున్న స్థితిపై కమిటీ తీవ్ర ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసింది.
ఒకవైపు గౌరవనీయులు. పింఛనుదారుల డిమాండ్లను అంగీకరిస్తామని ప్రధాని హామీ ఇచ్చారు, మరోవైపు ఈపీఎఫ్‌వో కమిటీపై కమిటీలు వేసి మొత్తం సమస్యను ఆలస్యం చేస్తుందా?

NAC జాతీయ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి CWC సమావేశం యొక్క ఉద్దేశ్యం మరియు ప్రాముఖ్యతను వివరించారు.
చర్చా సెషన్ :-
ఈపీఎస్ 95 పెన్షనర్లకు సంబంధించిన వివిధ ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలపై సెషన్‌లో ఉద్రిక్త చర్చలు జరిగాయి. 23.03.2017 నాటి EPFO యొక్క స్వంత లేఖ తర్వాత కూడా పెన్షనర్ల మరణాల రేటు పెరగడం, తక్కువ పెన్షన్ మొత్తం, అధిక పెన్షన్ సమస్య, నిస్సహాయ పెన్షనర్లపై EPFO యొక్క వంకర మరియు క్రూరమైన విధానం, ఎటువంటి వైద్య సౌకర్యం లేని పెన్షనర్లు మరియు దశ- ఇపిఎస్ 95 పింఛనుదారుల పట్ల ప్రభుత్వం మాతృమూర్తిగా వ్యవహరించే విధానాన్ని వివరంగా చర్చించారు.
గౌరవనీయుల చొరవతో. శ్రీమతి హేమా మాలినీ జీ, గౌరవనీయులు మాకు హామీ ఇచ్చారు. రెండు సార్లు ప్రధాని. ఆ తర్వాత, 08.02.2022 న కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక కార్యదర్శితో NAC ప్రతినిధుల సమావేశం నిర్వహించబడింది. నేటికీ డిమాండ్లను ఆమోదించకపోవడం, ఈపీఎఫ్‌వో మళ్లీ మళ్లీ పని చేయని కమిటీలను ఏర్పాటు చేయడం ఆలస్యం ఎత్తుగడ వంటి అంశాలపై తీవ్ర చర్చ జరిగింది. ఆయా రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందిన పింఛనుదారుల మనోభావాలు, రాష్ట్రంలో సంస్థ విస్తరణ, భవిష్యత్‌లో ఆందోళనలు ఏ మేరకు చేపట్టాలనే అంశాలపై నేతలంతా తమ అభిప్రాయాలను వెల్లడించారు.
EPFO పింఛనుదారులకు వ్యతిరేకంగా మోసపూరిత మాయలు ఆడుతూ CBT సభ్యులను తప్పుదారి పట్టించడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. ఒకవైపు, ప్రతినెలా 6 కోట్ల మంది ఉద్యోగుల కంట్రిబ్యూషన్‌ను స్వీకరించి, వారి వద్ద వడ్డీని ఉంచుకుని, పెన్షన్ ఫండ్‌లో సుమారు 6 లక్షల కోట్ల మొత్తాన్ని కలిగి ఉన్నప్పటికీ, వారు కనీస పెన్షన్ చెల్లింపు కోసం ప్రభుత్వం నుండి బడ్జెట్ మద్దతు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. రూ.1000. పెన్షన్ పెంపుదలకు ఈపీఎఫ్‌వో వద్ద డబ్బులు లేవని చూపించేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. EPFO యొక్క ఈ పచ్చి అబద్ధాన్ని బట్టబయలు చేయాలి.
CBTలోని ఉద్యోగుల ప్రతినిధులు కనీస పెన్షన్ రూ.7500+DA (ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తుల జీవనం కోసం) డిమాండ్ గురించి EPFO లేదా ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఒప్పించడంలో ఏమాత్రం సఫలం కాలేదు, మా ప్రతిపాదనను ఆమోదించడంలో కూడా విజయం సాధించలేదు. CBT. అధిక పెన్షన్ విషయంలో 4.10.2016 నాటి సుప్రీం కోర్టు నిర్ణయం తర్వాత మరియు 23.03.2017 నాటి EPFO యొక్క స్వంత లేఖ తర్వాత కూడా, పెన్షనర్లకు వారి అర్హతలు అందించబడలేదు మరియు పెన్షనర్లు పదే పదే కోర్టులకు వెళ్లవలసి వస్తుంది.
EPFO తన ఉద్యోగులకు మా నిధుల నుండి రూ. 2000 నెలవారీ వైద్య భత్యం అందిస్తోంది, కానీ పెన్షనర్లకు వైద్య సౌకర్యం నిరాకరించబడింది. భారత ప్రభుత్వం ఇతర పెన్షన్ పథకాలను సజావుగా అమలు చేస్తోంది, కానీ పేద EPS 95 పెన్షనర్లకు సవతి తల్లి చికిత్స అందించబడుతోంది.
ఈ పైన పేర్కొన్న కారణాల వల్ల పింఛనుదారులలో ఆగ్రహం తారాస్థాయికి చేరుకుంది.
దేశంలోని EPS95 పింఛనుదారుల ఐక్యత, ప్రభుత్వ రాజకీయ సంకల్ప శక్తిని మేల్కొల్పడం ద్వారా సభ్యత్వాన్ని పెంచడంతోపాటు జిల్లా యూనిట్లను ఆర్థికంగా బలోపేతం చేయాలి. ఆందోళనల తీవ్రతను పెంచడం కూడా అవసరం.
సీడబ్ల్యూసీలో- కింది నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్నారు

6వ CWC సమావేశానికి సంబంధించిన అంశాలు జంషెడ్‌పూర్ (ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్) – ధృవీకరించబడ్డాయి.

NAC యొక్క సంస్థాగత శక్తిని విస్తరించడానికి / ప్రారంభించడానికి, మరిన్ని సంఘాలు / యూనియన్‌లు / సమాఖ్యలు / వ్యక్తిగత సభ్యులను చేర్చండి మరియు దేశంలోని మిగిలిన 215 జిల్లాల్లో జిల్లా యూనిట్లను ఏర్పాటు చేయండి.
ప్రతి జిల్లాలో NAC యొక్క సపోర్ట్ వింగ్ అంటే మహిళా ఫ్రంట్‌ని విస్తరించడానికి ప్రతి పెన్షనర్ తన భార్యను మహిళా ఫ్రంట్‌తో కనెక్ట్ చేయడం ఖచ్చితంగా అవసరం.
జీరో పేమెంట్ ప్రాతిపదికన అసోసియేట్ సభ్యులను మరియు రూ.120/- వార్షిక రుసుముతో క్రియాశీల సభ్యుడిని జోడించండి.
యాక్టివ్ మెంబర్‌ని జోడించడానికి NAC వెబ్‌సైట్ విస్తరణ పనిని శ్రీ బాపూజీ పాత్ర జాతీయ కార్యదర్శి (IT) మరియు అతని బృందం మరో పదిహేను రోజుల్లో పూర్తి చేస్తుంది.
సబ్జెక్ట్ నెం. – 4. ఫైనాన్స్ కమిటీ రాజ్యాంగం :-
M.M సిద్ధిఖీ కమిటీ నివేదిక యొక్క సిఫార్సులను అమలు చేయడానికి NAC చీఫ్ చేత ఫైనాన్స్ కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు, తద్వారా వ్యక్తిగత/సంఘాల రూపంలో వార్షిక సభ్యత్వ రుసుము రూపంలో స్వీకరించబడిన మొత్తాన్ని జిల్లా/రాష్ట్రం/కేంద్రానికి దామాషా ప్రకారం పంపిణీ చేయవచ్చు. ఈ వ్యవస్థ అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లోనూ ఒకే విధంగా ఉంటుంది.
సబ్జెక్ట్ నెం. – 5 నైతిక కమిటీ రాజ్యాంగం. :-
మనమందరం సరైన సంస్థాగత నీతిని అనుసరించి, సంస్థకు అత్యుత్తమమని నిరూపించుకోవడానికి, రాబోయే పదిహేను రోజుల్లో NAC చీఫ్ చేత ఎథిక్స్ కమిటీని కూడా ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు.
విషయం సంఖ్య – 6. అనుసంధాన కమిటీ రాజ్యాంగం :-
పెన్షనర్లకు మంచి సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించడానికి, ప్రతి EPF కార్యాలయానికి రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ ద్వారా సంప్రదింపు కమిటీని కూడా ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి మరియు దాని పూర్తి వివరాలను కేంద్రానికి పంపాలి.
సబ్జెక్ట్ నంబర్ – 7. తప్పిపోయిన సంస్థలను EPS95 పథకంతో అనుసంధానించడానికి NAC యొక్క సృజనాత్మక చొరవ:-
EPF కార్యాలయాలతో సహకరించడానికి మాకు లైజన్ సెల్ అవసరం. తద్వారా వ్యక్తిగత సమస్యలు/ఫిర్యాదులను సమర్థవంతంగా పరిష్కరించవచ్చు.
అలాగే, సామాజిక భద్రత పరిధిలో EPS95 సభ్యుల సంఖ్యను పెంచవచ్చు. అవగాహన కల్పించడం ద్వారా మరియు ప్రచారం/మీడియా ద్వారా ఈ పని చేయవచ్చు.
సబ్జెక్ట్ నంబర్ – 8. పెన్షనర్ల పెండింగ్ ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కారానికి సంబంధించి NAC సహకారం:
వివిధ కార్యాలయాల్లో పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న EPF కార్యాలయ స్థాయి/వ్యక్తిగత ఫిర్యాదుల వివరాలను NAC జిల్లా అధ్యక్షుడు / రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడికి లేదా NAC ప్రధాన కార్యాలయానికి పంపాలి, తద్వారా సభ్యులు న్యాయం చేయడంలో సహాయపడగలరు.
విషయం సంఖ్య – 9. EPF కార్యాలయాలలో అవసరమైన సౌకర్యాలను అందించడంలో NAC పాత్ర :-
ప్రస్తుతం, దేశంలోని EPFO కార్యాలయాల్లో అవసరమైన సౌకర్యాలను అందించడం ద్వారా, వాటిని సౌకర్యవంతంగా, డైనమిక్‌గా మరియు సున్నితంగా ఉండేలా చేయడానికి NAC ప్రధాన కార్యాలయానికి సూచనలను కూడా పంపాలి. సంబంధిత కార్యాలయాలతో కరస్పాండెన్స్ చేయవచ్చు.

EPS95 పెన్షనర్ల శ్రేయోభిలాషులు అంటే. పార్లమెంట్‌లో మన కోసం పోరాడిన ఎంపీలను న్యాక్ సత్కరిస్తుంది. :-
అటువంటి గౌరవనీయులందరూ. పార్లమెంట్‌లో పింఛనుదారుల డిమాండ్‌లకు మద్దతు తెలిపిన ఎంపీలను న్యాక్ జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు సన్మానించనున్నారు. పింఛన్‌దారులకు తక్షణ న్యాయం చేయాలని మరోసారి విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తామన్నారు.
విషయం సంఖ్య – 11. రాబోయే CWC సమావేశం ప్రకటన :-
సౌత్ ఇండియా చీఫ్ కోఆర్డినేటర్ శ్రీ రమాకాంత్ నర్గుంద్ జీ రాబోయే CWC సమావేశాన్ని 30 జూన్ 2022 లోపు దక్షిణ భారతదేశంలో నిర్వహించాలని ప్రతిపాదించారు, CWC సభ్యులు సంతోషంగా ఆమోదించారు.

Lighting and opening
The NAC National President, Chairperson and Chief Guide to the CWC Conference were the Honorable. Commander Ashok Routhji along with the Central team were present. Attendance of top leaders from 22 states including all state presidents / secretaries / coordinators.
The opening lamp was lit and the NAC chief and current dignitaries prayed for a photo of Sri Saibaba. After that, Honorary Commander Ashok Routhji inaugurated the 7th CWC Meeting.

Introductory speech
Mr. Subhash Pokharkar, Program Organizer and Secretary, West India Organization, gave the introductory and welcome address.
The NAC National General Secretary explained the purpose and importance of the CWC meeting.
Discussion session: –
Various important issues related to EPS 95 pensioners were discussed during the session. Even after EPFO’s own letter dated 23.03.2017, the government has become the mother figure towards the rising pensioner mortality rate, low pension amount, high pension problem, EPFO’s crooked and cruel policy on helpless pensioners, pensioners without any medical facility and phase-EPS 95 pensioners. The procedure for dealing is discussed in detail.
At the initiative of the Honorable. Mrs. Hema Malini ji, the Honorable assured us. Twice Prime Minister. Thereafter, a meeting of NAC representatives was held with the Union Finance Secretary on 08.02.2022. To date, there has been intense debate over issues such as the non-acceptance of demands and the delay move in setting up EPFO non-functioning committees again. The leaders expressed their views on the sentiments of the pensioners of the respective states, the expansion of the institution in the state and the extent to which concerns should be taken up in the future.
EPFO is trying to mislead CBT members by playing fraudulent tricks against pensioners. On the one hand, even though 6 crore employees receive contributions every month and keep interest on them and have about 6 lakh crore in the pension fund, they are getting budget support from the government for minimum pension payment. Rs.1000. Trying to show that the EPFO has no money for pension increases. This blatant lie of the EPFO must be exposed.
Employees ‘representatives at CBT have not been able to persuade the EPFO or the government about the demand for a minimum pension of Rs 7500+ DA (for two persons’ living) and have not even succeeded in approving our proposal. CBT. Even after the Supreme Court decision of 4.10.2016 and own letter of EPFO dated 23.03.2017 in the case of higher pension, the pensioners were not provided with their qualifications and the pensioners have to go to the courts repeatedly.
EPFO has provided Rs. 2000 provides monthly medical allowance, but denies medical facility to pensioners. The Government of India is running smoothly other pension schemes, but poor EPS 95 pensioners are being provided with stepmother treatment.
Anger among pensioners peaked for the reasons mentioned above.
The unity of the EPS95 pensioners in the country should increase the membership by awakening the political will of the government as well as financially strengthen the district units. It is also necessary to increase the intensity of concerns.
In the CWC- the following decisions were made

NAC headquarters will continue Buldana’s Chain Hunger strike until the 4-point demands are approved and effectively expand nationwide by intensifying the EPS 95 Pensioners Bachao campaign.
Also the letter / message to be given to the honorable. The process of sending notices to the Prime Minister / MPs of the concerned area will continue uninterrupted.
CBT members / Union Ministers / MPs in the next stage under conflicting concerns by giving notice of death fast initiation / fast initiation at their offices or residences.
Effective management of unbroken chain hunger strike / death hunger strike in the national capital New Delhi.
Note: – Please be prepared for the Delhi agitation, NAC leaders and members of all states. A petition will be sent to the dignitaries in advance for this movement. The Prime Minister, citing all the facts, will be given one month’s notice and after that this drastic action will be announced.

To expand / launch the organizational power of the NAC, add more associations / unions / federations / individual members and set up district units in the remaining 215 districts of the country.
The support wing of the NAC in every district means that in order to expand the Women’s Front it is imperative that every pensioner connects his wife with the Women’s Front.
Add Associate Members on Zero Payment basis and Active Member with an annual fee of Rs.120 / -.
Mr. Bapuji Patra National Secretary (IT) and his team will complete the work of expanding the NAC website to add an active member in another fortnight.
Subject no. – 4. Finance Committee Constitution: –
The Finance Committee will be constituted by the NAC Chief to implement the recommendations of the M.M Siddiqui Committee Report so that the amount received in the form of annual membership fees in the form of individuals / associations can be distributed proportionally to the district / state / center. The system is the same in all states.
Subject no. – 5 Constitution of the Ethical Committee. : –
An Ethics Committee will also be set up by the NAC Chief in the next fortnight to ensure that we all follow proper organizational ethics and prove to be the best for the organization.

To provide better facilities to the pensioners, a liaison committee should also be set up by the State Committee for each EPF office and its full details should be sent to the Center.
Subject Number – 7. NAC’s Creative Initiative to Connect Missing Organizations with the EPS95 Scheme: –
We need a license cell to cooperate with EPF offices. So that personal issues / complaints can be resolved effectively.
Also, the number of EPS95 members in the Social Security range can be increased. This can be done through awareness and publicity / media.
Subject Number – 8. NAC assistance in resolving pending grievances of pensioners:
Details of EPF office level / personal complaints pending in various offices should be forwarded to the NAC District President / State President or NAC Headquarters so that members can assist in doing justice.

At present, by providing the necessary facilities at the EPFO offices in the country, instructions should also be sent to the NAC headquarters to make them convenient, dynamic and sensitive. Correspondence can be made with the relevant offices.

EPS95 means the well-wishers of pensioners. NAC honors MPs who fought for us in Parliament. : –
All such dignitaries. NAC district presidents will honor MPs who have expressed support for pensioners’ demands in parliament. He said he would once again appeal to the pensioners to do immediate justice.
Topic Number – 11. Announcement of Upcoming CWC Meeting: –
South India Chief Coordinator Shri Ramakant Nargundji proposed to hold the upcoming CWC Conference in South India by 30 June 2022, which was happily approved by the CWC members.

At the CWC meeting, the Honorable announced the above decisions. Commander Ashok Routhji in his speech. It was warmly welcomed and supported by all.
In his speech, the National President said, “We need courageous patience.” However, patience also has its limit. Yet he said, we have faith in the honorable. The Prime Minister, however, must be completely vigilant about the intentions of the system. Our members are leaving this world day by day.
Therefore, the government should accept the four point demands on EPS 95 pensioners as soon as possible and they should not test our patience.
