E PS 95 Pensioners: EPS 95 Pensioners కోసం శ్రమిస్తున్న అన్నీ అసోసియేషన్లకు శుభాభినందనలు. కేరళ సోదరులు కేరళ రాస్త్రమునందు వేసిన పిటిషన్ లకు ఫలితంగా 43 మంది పెన్షనర్లకు పెరిగిన పెన్షన్ ఇవ్వబడుతున్నది అనే విషయం సోషల్ మీడియా ద్వారా నమ్మకముగా తెలియుచున్నది. ఈ విషయం కేరళ సీనియర్ అసోసియేషన్ నాయకులతో కూడా చర్చించి తెలుసుకోవడం జరిగినది.
ఇందుమూలముగా EPFO, త్రివేండ్రం, కొచ్చిన్ లకు EPS 95 Pensioners తరుపున అసోసియేషన్ నాయకులు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియచేయుచున్నారు.

అదేవిధముగా, కాన్పూర్ జోన్, ఆగ్రా(7) కేసులు, బైరెలి(2) కేసులు, మీరట్(3) కేసులు, నోయిడా(3) కేసులు , వారణాసి(3) కేసులు లలో కూడా హైకోర్టు, లక్నో మరియు హైకోర్టు, హైదరాబాద్ తీర్పులు కూడా ఇవ్వబడినవి.

మిగతా అరియర్స్ EPFO కు కట్టవలసిన మొత్తం సర్దుబాటు చేశాక పెన్షనర్సు కు ఇవ్వడానికి లెక్కలు తయారుచేసి సిద్దంగా పెట్టుకున్నారు. అయితే వాటిని ఇవ్వడానికి సుప్రీం కోర్టులో EPFO మరియు ప్రభుత్వం తరుపున వేసినటువంటి రివ్యూ పిటిషన్ హియరింగ్ పెండింగ్ ఉన్నందున ఆ తీర్పు కోసం అందరూ ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు.
ఈ విషయంలో కేరళ సోదరులు అదృష్టవంతులు. వారు కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు ఫలాలను పొందగలిగారు.
అదేవిధముగా, ఢిల్హీ , రాజస్తాన్కేసుల విషయంలో కూడా ఆ రాష్ట్రహైకోర్టులు తీర్పులు ఇచ్చినప్పటికి, సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పులో ఏమి వస్తుందోనని ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాయి.
ప్రభుత్వాల సరళి చూస్తుంటే, ఈ పెరిగిన పెన్షన్ ప్రయోజనాలు కేవలం కోర్టులలో పిటిషన్ వేసి గెలిచిన వారికి మాత్రమే వర్తింపచేస్తున్నట్లున్నాయి. ఈ ప్రయోజనాలు అందరూ EPS 95 Pensioners కు వర్తిస్తున్నట్లు కంపించడం లేదు. ఏది, ఏమైనప్పటికి EPS 95 Pensioners కు ఒక ద్వారం తెరువబడినది. ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ లో ఇటువంటి 18 కేసులకు లెక్కలు సిద్దం చేసి ఉంచారు.
ఇంతవరకు కోర్టుకు వెళ్లలేకపోయిన EPS 95 Pensioners, ఈ సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు మీద నమ్మకం పెట్టుకుని ఉన్నారు.
ఇలాగే, National Agitation Committee తమ ప్రయత్నాలను గోల్ కొట్టేదాకా శ్రమించాలని మరియు ప్రవీణ్ కోహ్లీ గారి ప్రయత్నాలు ఫలించాలని అనుభవైక పెద్దల ఆశీర్వాదాలు అందాలి.

This is to inform you that all the 43 Petitioners in Kerala Highcourt have got arrears of pension and also the higer pension after filing of contempt petition in Highcourt of Trivandrum. In this connection, thanks to the EPFOs of Trivandrum and Kochin.
Now, it is known that upward revision of pension has been taken up for consideration by the EPFO, Kanpur vide Lr. No. 1/12/33/EPS/Amendment/96/Vol.II.UP Zone U/T 13.12.2019. Accordingly, Kanpur Zone Agra(7) cases, Bariely(2) cases, Meerut(3) cases, Noida(3) cases, Varanasi(3) cases have been decided and revised pension as per Highcourt, Lucknow and Highcourt, Allahabad judgments. The following revisions are given for the observance of our EPS 95 Pensoners.

and so on. These are only some examples for your understanding. They have revised and calculated and kept ready for disbursal subject to the judgment of Supreme Court where in the EPFO and Government had filed Review Petition.
In this matter the Keralites are lucky to obtain fruits of High Court judgment. Similarly the Delhi and Rajasthan cases are awaiting even though the High Court has delivered the same judgment.
But, it is the Petitioners, who won their cases in their High Courts are being benefitted and not all the Pensioners. All the EPS 95 Pensioners, who have not approached the Court of Law, are awaiting and pinning their confidence in the forthcoming Supreme Court judgment. It is in this crucial period, the NAC and Sri Praveen Kohli deserves blessings from the EPS 95 Pensioners to strive hard for the continuation and convincing of the genuine problems of the poor EPS 95 Pensioners to the Governing Bodies and Core rule Makers.
