Raised the issue of EPS95 Pensioners in Lok Sabha:- * Hon.Mrs.Navneet Ravi Rana, MP,Amravati (Maharashtra) raised the issue of EPS95 pension holders in Lok Sabha on 22.9.2020 effectively. * Hon. MP said that these pension holders have been agitating for a long time,they are also struggling with the Labor Minister, they have won in the court, they get such a meagre amount of pension that they cannot live. These pension holders are demanding for their rights. About Rs.5 lakh crore deposited in the pension fund and these pension holders are only demanding for Rs.7 to 8 thousand pension..And so on. * It may be noted that the NAC Amravati Team under the leadership of Er.Kavish Ji Dange, National Chief Legal Adviser, already met Member of Parliament and made a request on this subject and Hon. पेंशन धारकों का उठा लोकसभा में मुद्दा:- *मा.श्रीमती नवनीत रवि राणा, सांसद अमरावती(महाराष्ट्र) ने दिनांक 22.9.2020 को लोकसभा में EPS95 पेंशन धारकों का मुद्दा प्रभावी रीति से उठाया. *उन्होंने कहा कि यह पेंशन धारक काफी दिनों से आंदोलन कर रहें हैं, मा. श्रममंत्री महोदय से भी संघर्ष कर रहें है,कोर्ट में भी जीत कर आये हैं, इन्हें पेंशन के नाम इतनी कम पेंशन मिलती है कि जिससे इनका जीवन यापन संभव नही हो सकता.यह पेंशन धारक अपना हक मांग रहे है पेंशन फण्ड में इनकेें करीब 5 लाख करोड़ रुपये जमा है व यह पेंशन धारक केवल 7 से 8 हजार पेंशन की मांग कर रहे है …. इत्यादि. *ज्ञातव्य हो इंजी.कविश जी डांगे, राष्ट्रीय मुख्य न्यायिक सलाहकार के नेतृत्व में NAC अमरावती टीम ,मा. संसद सदस्या को पहले ही इस विषय पर निवेदन दे चुकी हैं व इसी विषय पर मा. कमांडर अशोक राऊत ,NAC चीफ ने भी मा. महोदया से ही चर्चा की थी. *मा. सांसद महोदया के प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करते हुए NAC चीफ ने यह संदेश भी उन्हें भेजा🙏🙏 *NAC की अमरावती टीम को भी शत शत नमन🌹💐 VDO व संदेश 👇👇👇

Conclusion:
For achieving genuine demand of the reasonable pension, it is felt by the seniors that the most of the MPs should be aware of the EPS 95 Pensioners problem and and injustice being done to them.
