Introduction: No new Pension from CBT Meetings? What for CBT?. Many times we are hearing the news about conducting of CBT Meetings. CBT full form is Central Board of Trustees. Every time, the epf 95 pensioner is aspiring for good news from the CBT meeting. It is spread that the next CBT meeting will be held in the month of September.

New Pension from CBT Meetings?

It is understod that there will not be new pension from CBT and there will not be any good news. 

Men may come and men may go
It is a fact.
CBT meetings are coming and CBT meetings are going
How many times CBT meeting being conducted?
Every time EPS 95 poor pensioners are awaiting for any good news from CBT meetings. Evey time it is discouraging.

New Pension:

It is every time expected for any positive news in connection with New pension, but in vain

Where is the decision in favour of EPS 95 pension.
Poor pensioners aspirations are tagged to desert.

Besides, the judgments of Courts have been given deaf ear.
Many High Courts in many States have given judgement for giving higher pension on actual salary.

The Supreme Court also has given judgement not lesser than two times about allowing higher pension in place of lower pension.

But, the EPFO and the Government suppressing judgments by all possible and impossible ways.

Merciless epfo:

EPFO might not be guiding the Government in right directions and with positive solutions. Probably, it might be creating negative thinking which almighty knows.

In some States, some Regional Provident Fund commissioners were dare enough to implement higher pension to the eps 95 pensioners obliging the Court Judgments.

As per the Court Judgement, the EPFO offices have to implement the higher pension to all the EPS 95 Pensioners

The Honorable High Court, Kerala has underlined the significance of not denying natural justice to the EPS 95 pensioners

Rule is rule common for all
It is not artificial
It is not a poetry.

FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS:

Equality has emerged from the Fundamental Rights of Indian Constitution.

It is the gross discrimination of the EPFO aganist poor EPF Pensioners.

In the judgement of 2018 year
the Hon’ble Kerala High Court has underlined the need of paying higher pension to all the eps 95 pensioners.

WHAT FOR CBT ?:

Indirectly, the EPFO is forcing to spend money and go for the Courts.
Going to Courts is not so simple when livelihood of a poor pensioner is a problem.

Having known all the difficulties of pensioners and Court judgments the EPFO and the Government are not taking any type of steps in support of poor and deceived pensioners.

In connection with Minimum Pension Rs. 7500 and DA is as per the Government appoininted Koshyari Committee. Koshyari is the present Governor of Maharashtra. In the year 2013 or so, he has given a report of minimum pension of Rs. 3000 plus DA. It is also being said that DA has been given for one or two years. Basing on that calculation only Rs. 7500 plus DA is requested. Pensioners are eligible this Rs. 7500 amount two years back itself.

 ప్రతిసారీ ఇపిఎస్ 95 పేద పెన్షనర్లు సిబిటి సమావేశాల నుండి ఏదైనా శుభవార్త కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు.  సమయం నిరుత్సాహపరుస్తుంది.

 ఇపిఎస్ 95 పెన్షన్‌కు అనుకూలంగా నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవడం EPFO కు ససేమిరా ఇష్టం లేదు.

 పేద పెన్షనర్ల ఆకాంక్షలను ఎడారికి ట్యాగ్ చేసారు.

 అంతేకాకుండా, కోర్టుల తీర్పులు పెడ చెవిన పెడుతున్నారు.

 వాస్తవ జీతంపై అధిక పెన్షన్ ఇవ్వాలని చాలా రాష్ట్రాల్లోని అనేక హైకోర్టులు తీర్పు ఇచ్చాయి.

 తక్కువ పెన్షన్ స్థానంలో అధిక పెన్షన్ అనుమతించడం గురించి సుప్రీంకోర్టు రెండు సార్లు తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది.

కానీ, EPFO ​​మరియు ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని సాధ్యమైన మరియు అసాధ్యమైన మార్గాల ద్వారా తీర్పులను అణచివేయడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాయి.

 EPFO సరైన దిశలలో మరియు సానుకూల పరిష్కారాలతో ప్రభుత్వానికి మార్గనిర్దేశం చేయడంలేదు. బహుశా, ఇది పెన్షనర్లకు  ప్రతికూల ఆలోచనను సృష్టిస్తుంది.

గౌరవ కేరళ హై కోర్ట్  2018 లో ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు ప్రకారం ఈపీఎఫ్ పెన్షన్ అందరికీ కూడా హయ్యర్ పెన్షన్ ఇచ్చి తీరాలి.

 ఇది భారత రాజ్యాంగం లోని ప్రాధమిక హక్కులనుంచి సంక్రమించినది.

 పరోక్షంగా EPFO వారు,  ​​డబ్బు ఖర్చు చేసి కోర్టులకు వెళ్ళమని పెన్షనర్లను బలవంతం చేస్తోంది.

 పేద పెన్షనర్ యొక్క జీవనోపాధి ఒక సమస్య అయినప్పుడు, డబ్బు ఖర్చు పెట్టి కోర్టులకు వెళ్లడం అంత సులభం కాదు. 

కోర్టు తీర్పుల సారాంశం తెలుసుకున్న EPFO ​​మరియు ప్రభుత్వం పేద మరియు మోసపోయిన పెన్షనర్లకు మద్దతుగా ఎలాంటి చర్యలు తీసుకోలేదు.

 కనీస పెన్షన్‌కు సంబంధించి రూ.  ప్రభుత్వం నియమించిన కోషియారి కమిటీ ప్రకారం 7500 రూపాయలు మరియు డీఏ చెల్లించాలి అని ప్రభుత్వానికి నివేదిక సమర్పించింది.  

కోషియారి ప్రస్తుత మహారాష్ట్ర గవర్నర్.  

అందుకు అనుగుణంగా కనీస పెన్షన్ రూ.  3000 ప్లస్ డీఏ, ఒకటి లేదా రెండు సంవత్సరాలుగా ఇవ్వబడిందని కూడా చెబుతున్నారు. కొషియారి కమిటీ లెక్కల ప్రకారం లెక్కించి  రూ.  7500 ప్లస్ డీఏ అభ్యర్థించారు.  పెన్షనర్లు ఈ రూ.  7500 మొత్తం, రెండేళ్ల క్రితం మాత్రమే ఇవ్వవలసి ఉన్నది.
