ప్రతి ఓటరికి BLOలు రెండు ఎన్యుమరేషన్ ఫారాలు ఇస్తారు.
వాటిలో ఇప్పటికే ముద్రించబడిన వివరాలు:
మీ పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్
ఓటరు జాబితాలో ఉన్న మీ ఫోటో
ప్రాథమిక ఓటరు వివరాలు
ముందుగా వీటిని జాగ్రత్తగా పరిశీలించి, తర్వాత అడిగిన అదనపు వివరాలను నమోదు చేయాలి.

అప్పుడు ఆ రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న అన్ని సరిపోలే పేర్లు కనిపిస్తాయి. వాటిలో సరైన వ్యక్తిని ఇతర వివరాల ఆధారంగా గుర్తించవచ్చు.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has started the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) from 15 June 2026 in Andhra Pradesh. As part of this exercise, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are visiting every household to verify voter details and distribute enumeration forms.
This guide explains what the forms contain, why 2002 voter details are required, and how to find those details using the ECI app.

BLOs Will Visit Every Household
Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will visit every voter’s house and provide two Enumeration Forms.
These forms already contain details such as:
Your polling station.
Your photograph as available in the electoral roll.
Your basic voter information.
You should carefully verify all the printed details and fill in the additional information requested in the form.

Why Are 2002 Voter List Details Required?
One of the important questions in the enumeration form relates to the 2002 Electoral Roll.
You may be asked to mention:
The polling station where your name appeared in the 2002 voter list.
The serial number of your name in the 2002 electoral roll.

If Your Name Was Not in the 2002 Voter List
Many people were either below 18 years of age or not yet born in 2002. In such cases, your name would naturally not appear in the 2002 electoral roll.
You can instead provide the details of:
Father
Mother
Grandfather
Grandmother
If any one of them was included in the 2002 voter list anywhere in India, those details can be entered.
Even if that person is no longer alive, their 2002 voter record can still be used.

Install the ECI App
Download the official ECINet (Election Commission of India) app from the Google Play Store.
Although the same search facility is available on the ECI website, the mobile app is easier to use.
No login is required.

Search Your Name in the Last SIR
Open the app and select:
Search Your Name in Last SIR

Step 1: Select the State
Choose the State where the voter’s name existed in the 2002 electoral roll.
This field is mandatory.

Step 2: Select the District (Optional)
If you know the district, select it.
Remember that the search relates to the undivided districts that existed in 2002, not the present-day districts.
If you do not know the district, leave this field blank.

Step 3: Select the Assembly Constituency (Optional)
If known, select the Assembly Constituency.
Otherwise, skip this field.

Step 4: Enter the Voter’s Name
Enter the name of the voter whose details you are searching.
It is recommended to search in Telugu, as English spellings may differ.

Optional Information
You may also enter:
Approximate age in 2002.
Relative’s name.
Father’s name.
These details help narrow the search results but are not compulsory.

Verify the Search Results
Several people may have the same name.
Verify carefully by checking:
Name
Father’s name
Age
District
Assembly Constituency
Make sure you have selected the correct person.

Note Down the Required Details
Once you find the correct record, note down:
Name
Father’s Name
District
Assembly Constituency
Polling Station
Serial Number
These details can then be entered in the Enumeration Form.
This also helps reduce the workload of the BLO.

If You Know Only the State
If you know only the State and nothing else:
Select only the State.
Leave District and Assembly fields blank.
Enter the name.
Search.
The app will display all matching records across the State. Although there may be many results, you can identify the correct person by checking the available details.
